Breakfast 9:28am



Two egg whites with about a cup of Cabbage and Cheddar Gratin.  I took ten breaths before I started eating to try and focus myself on the fact that I was about to nourish my body.  I ate about 2/3 of it in about 6 minutes--too fast!!--but then stepped away from the meal for about 20 minutes.  I finished the rest in a few minutes.  I ate until I felt my energy return but finished my meal later on when I felt a little more hungry.  Now, about 2 hours later, I am only just starting to feel hungry again.
