Salad: Organic lettuce and spinach with 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's Pico de Gallo.
Sandwich: Trader Joe's Sprouted Multi-Grain Bread, Brummel & Brown Spread, Smoked Salmon and Dill
I ate the entire salad (less salsa next time) and only 1/2 the sandwich. I was very concious of enjoying the both of them and took 20 minutes to eat, enjoying the sunshine and great conversation with Mary. I'm very full and satisfied.
The Tangelo (?) I ate around 12.
